Customers can even have a tree tag engraved with their name, so that in the future their efforts will be recognised.

The first planting happened in August 2008, fencing and soil preparation are currently being undertaken for future plantings. Dealership staff and customers are encouraged to participate in the planting, however their participation is not critical for the plan. Dealer Principal Bill Lilley’s farming enterprise “River Gums Farm” will manage the planting and maintenance of the trees. The property is currently used for breeding Wagyu Cattle. Mr. Lilley has extensive experience in land management and holds a Department of Agriculture “Farm Management” certificate from 1982, plus “Cattle Artificial Insemination” and “Cattle Fertility” certificates. |
